What is the new MarketMuse platform?
The new MarketMuse Suite is an end-to-end content creation platform. It is designed to serve every player’s need in the content marketing process, from doing research to gathering insights, to writing rich content.

How is the new platform different than the old one?
Content Analyzer and Content Optimizer are tools that provide page-level insights for writing great content. The new MarketMuse suite still offers those insights, but expands the application of the proprietary AI technology. Now, your entire content inventory will be analyzed on the domain level to surface your low-hanging fruit - content opportunities that will have the biggest impact on your site’s growth. Workflows enable you to act on those content opportunities to write great content.
Content Planning and Content Briefs have been external deliverables that leverage the back-end MarketMuse AI (which was unavailable to clients within platform). Now, the ability to plan and order content briefs is in your hands. Group content and order content briefs to be delivered in-platform.
What is happening to Content Analyzer and Content Optimizer?
They are going to live with Google’s serif logo in the Cloud.
Will I still be able to do everything I used to?
Yes. For legacy customers, the workflows and applications may look different but the insights that can be gathered are all still there.
When is this happening?
General availability launches on July 9th. The Customer Success Team will be in touch shortly (if not already) to inform you of your company’s specific migration date and schedule training.
Will my workflows change?
While the new platform still offers the same insights, the way you gather that data is slightly different now. The new platform features Education mode to guide you through the learning process. We are also offering group and individual training sessions and supporting documents to help legacy customers transition smoothly into the new space. Will my price change?
Customers on existing subscriptions will be migrated into the new space and trained up at no additional cost.
